2C Gel Coat

The ELDO-MIX gel coat systems have been especiallydeveloped for processing highly thixotropic materials ontothe untreated surfaces of rotor blades. By the use of gearmetering pumps\ which are also suitable for abrasive fillersand magnetically coupled axial piston pumps for the Bcomponent; output rates of up to 5 l/min can be achieved.The material supply of the mobile system is carried out frommaterial pressure vessels that are installed on the chassis.Not only can materials with viscosities up to the flow limit beapplied with this gel coat system but also the mixing ratiosare adjustable within a wide range.
